MM school of Architecture organised a case study of Tagore Theatre in Sector-18, Chandigarh for the students of VIth semester as part of their design problem of auditorium.

During the visit, the students studied the planning of auditorium including all the services, backstage area, parking, seating spaces, circulation area etc. They also studied the acoustics of the auditorium.

The students not only gained knowledge about auditorium planning but also were enlightened about the structural aspects of large span spaces.
