Sahaja Yoga Meditation Session

MM School of Architecture organised a session of Meditation on 16th April2021by Dr.Prof. Aradhana Jindal, Principal MM School of Architecture.


The session started with a discussion about the daily stress we all go through and it lead to the next topic of dealing with it. The main motive of the session was to make not only the students, but also the teachers understand the aspect of feeling the energy which is present within our bodies. Prof. Aradhana Jindal explained about the seven ‘Chakaras’ in our body and making everyone understand about the peace and bliss after doing meditation. Stating that we have a dormant energy inside that can be awakened very easily through Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga meditationawakens our inactive energies of the body. The meditation session held was a very refreshing and peaceful as it was based on a very simple technique by which the seekers can feel the cool breeze and further the seekers can stabilize in thoughtless awareness by practicing the meditation daily at home and at workplace.


The positive atmosphere and vibes made everyone smile and forget about all the worries. It was a heartening experience for everyone present where they actually experienced enjoyment which cannot be described in words.
