Two faculty members Ar. Shaluza Mittal and Ar. Ravi Mahajan of MM School of Architecture participated in one day Capacity Building Programme on Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC-2017) organized by Department of New & Renewable Energy, Haryana; HAREDA, Govt. of Haryana & Deenbandu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal with support from Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Govt. of India on 8th November, 2017 at Murthal (Sonipat)

The main agenda of the workshop was to give a brief description of new approved ECBC Code-2017 and also guide academicians, Professionals etc. about how to conserve the renewable energy resources. The workshop was conducted by Prof. (Dr) Chitrarekha Kabre (BEE certified ECBC Master Trainee) DCRUST, Murthal. A lecture on Comfort System, Lighting and Controls & Electrical and Renewable Energy Systems was taken by Ar. Sameer Divekar, (BEE certified ECBC Master Trainee) Director, db HMS, Noida.

The workshop was attended by many academicians from different colleges of architecture of Haryana and many practicing architects and members of all municipal corporations from the states of Haryana.
